Post subject: Windows Longhorn 5048 Video Posted: Fri Feb 10, 2012 1:08 am. I made this video to preview the DWM made in build 5048! Booting screen, and the latter was just unbootable (though I wrote iso into Flash disk with UltraISO).

Uh.. I'm stuck on the installation screen because it does not allow me to format my disk or anything. What do I do?

When setup boots,press SHIFT+F10 and do the following commands in order:
Diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
clean
create partition primary
format quick fs=ntfs
assign
active
exit
exit
Longhorn builds are very stubborn with partitions;this will work for any and all builds.

Longhorn builds are very stubborn with partitions;this will work for any and all builds.

It says 'The selected partition is of a type not currently supported for installation.'

It says 'The selected partition is of a type not currently supported for installation.'

Try using Longhorn Packet: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14327

When setup boots,press SHIFT+F10 and do the following commands in order:

Restart computer after DISKPART and run the installation again.
